Who we are - Sparrowood Jewelers opened in 1989 with the dream of creating a customer oriented jewelry shopping and repair business. Too often customers have been sold to, rather than listened to, the founders, Jo Sparrow and Henry Wood wanted to change that. Not only would they provide beautiful pieces of jewelry, but exceptional service as well. 

Why we do it - Jewelry for us is personal. Finding the perfect piece for just the right person is the highlight of our day. We develop personal relationships with our customers because it’s important to know who they are to find what they need.

Where we’ve been - Primarily starting in watches, jewelry repair, and more classic jewelry we have expanded. Now we carry a large selection of unique pieces, fashion, and focusing on creating custom pieces in addition to our watch and jewelry repair.

What we do - As we have grown and expanded, we have offered more customization and personalized shopping experience. For example when shopping for an engagement ring, not only can we help you find the mounting of your dreams’, but also help you choose and understand the way diamonds grades influence the final product and price...After all, jewelry is one of the few heirlooms we can pass down that carries such a powerful story that lasts forever.

Over the years, we have grown an estate collection with pieces from the Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Arts & Crafts Movement, Art Deco, and Retro Eras. 

How we’re planning for the future - Along with researching trends and fashion, we listen to both customers and experts on what THEY want to wear. Jewelry is the ultimate accessory and meant to bring beauty and confidence in the wearer. This is not only true with fashion pieces, but with diamonds. As many more options become available such as lab created diamonds, we continue to educate our customers so that they can make the right choice for them.
