How to Actually Use Those Antiques In Your Jewelry Box

You may love wearing the styles your mother or grandmother wore as their ‘staples’ back in their day… or maybe you could care less for the large gold earrings or string of pearls in the bottom of your jewelry box.

We love seeing the craftsmanship that is in so many vintage pieces, but we know (and celebrate) that everyone has their own style. Some people love statement pieces, and some people are just looking for everyday pieces that work with their lifestyle.

The great thing about jewelry is that the possibilities are endless. The gold or platinum can be recycled, the gems can be repolished and set into a new design, and even if a ring is so thin from use - we can reshank it. So when you realize that the broach just isn’t being worn, or you prefer dangle earrings to studs - that’s where we come in.

Our artist and jewelers work with you to find new life in old or tired pieces. Broach you never wear? The new centerpiece to a custom bracelet. Family ring that isn’t your style? A conversion to a pendant that you’ll actually wear. Large gold necklaces that remind you of the 90s? We give a trade in valuation so that you can put that gold value towards something new.

This brooch was brought to us with the vision of a one-of-a-kind bracelet in mind. We worked with the customer from inspiration, to design, to final product and the results are STUNNING!

Here are just a few of the redesigns we’ve helped to create over the last few years. Each piece has its own story and will continue to be treasured for many years to come.

These icy blue agate slices were the perfect way to use agates the couple loved. These cufflinks were cast and set in sterling silver.

Before and After

From an heirloom engagement ring transformed into a modern necklace.

This necklace used a stone from a beloved ring and reimagined into a modern minimal necklace with a round brilliant diamond to accent it! We made one for each sister and now it is even more precious than it was in the ring!
